This was a very early movie theatre in Baltimore City near the intersection of West North Avenue and Mount Royal Avenue, opening in 1915 ( opening day ad seen above ) . The entire block has long since been torn down. It's hard to tell a movie theatre was ever located on the block, now a field and parking lot, with Amtrack trains passing underneath. After showing movies , the building was used a repair shop for cars before being torn down. The slogan of the Mount Royal was : " The Cozy Theatre , 6 Days of Feature Plays " .................................................................................................................................
