A look at the Playhouse Theatre in the 1980's. " Closed for Renovations" on the marquee can only mean bad news.  T.Paul Photo   Circa 1984 The Playhouse ( Homewood Theatre ) opened in the 1940's and continued to show movies into the 1980's.  The building is in excellent condition and has recently been used as a live theater, known as the Paragon. I'll have more information on this and some recent photos soon.   ......................................
